CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a maintenance professional to operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in Iskandar Puteri facilities. The role focuses on safe operation, proactive maintenance, and timely repairs.

You will ensure compliance with codes and safety directives, perform routine testing, and coordinate with the technical team to minimize downtime. Prior experience with DDC/EMS is valued and scheduled shifts may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Background M&E & FM knowledge.
• BO Chargeman 11KV certification required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a licensed electrician; formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with DDC and EMS is preferred.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Operates, inspects, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
• Ensures equipment is maintained safely and downtime is minimized.
• Complies with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs; documents maintenance records.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with team as needed.
• Leads a support team and/or account depending on client contract.
