CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL technician for multiple sites in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. The role involves operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, following safety codes, and ensuring minimal downtime through proactive maintenance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of licensed electrician experience, and ideally a formal apprenticeship or Master Electrician license. DDC and EMS experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years experience as licensed electrician.
• Formal apprenticeship program preferred.
• Prior experience with Direct Digital Control (DDC) and EMS preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Troubleshoot electrical wiring and circuitry; install and repair electrical devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and document records.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with team for timely service.
