CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Technical Associate Supervisor (BO Chargeman 11kV) at our Kuala Lumpur location. You will lead a team responsible for safety and operation of high-tension power and standby generator systems, with duties spanning preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and project coordination.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in building/facilities maintenance and prior supervisory experience, plus strong reporting and vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Certified competent BO 11kV with minimum 5 years of job-related experience in building / facilities maintenance.
• Proven supervisory experience to lead a big team.
• Experience in preparing reports and documentation.
• Able to work with a broad set of stakeholders and contractors.

Responsabilités

• Be overall responsible for safety and proper operation of high-tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.
• Perform site works including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop charter and integrated project timeline.
• Keep the team on schedule and resolve escalations promptly.
• Manage relationships with vendors, source new vendors, obtain pricing, and approve contracts.
• Collaborate with core teams to deliver solutions and manage project teams.
• Create and present routine reports to management and clients.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members within the function.
