Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance with BO 11kV certification and strong MS Office skills, plus leadership capabilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Certified competent BO 11kV with 5+ years in building/facilities maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience to lead a large team.
• Ability to prepare reports and documentation.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and proper operation of high-tension power supply and standby generator.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and site works.
• Develop charter and integrated project timeline.
• Keep team on schedule and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Manage relationships with vendors; source pricing and approve contracts.
• Collaborate with core teams to deliver solutions and manage project delivery.
