Electronic Hardware Engineer
Job summary

Responsibilities
- Design and test electronics and microcontroller firmware.
- Define functional specifications with team members.
- Create electrical diagrams for circuits and component selection.
- Manage timelines and budget for component selection.
- Support validation of prototypes against standards.
- Engineer new products from concept to production.
Skills
Education
- Working in the Product Development Team designing and testing the electronics and the microcontroller firmware.
- Interact with the Project leader and the other team members to define the functional specifications of the products.
- Responsible for the creation of the electrical diagram of analog and digital circuits, selecting all relevant components.
- Use professional instrumentations (oscilloscopes, calibrators, power analyzers, etc).
- Time and budget management selecting state-of-the-art components, which is a challenge itself. Deadlines are always lurking around the corner.
- Check and support the validation of the prototypes (Functionals, EMC, Environmental, other requirements according to the applied standards).
- Designing and engineering new products and machines, from ideation and concept generation to prototyping, technical elaboration and production start-up.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, ICT or similar).
- Knowledge of hardware design principles, methods, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in programming in embedded C and C++.
- Experience with Python.
- Advanced English - Written and spoken
