A leading e-commerce company is looking for an Area Manager in León, Mexico. This role involves managing fulfillment center operations, leading a team of 50-150 associates, and driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has significant experience in employee management, is analytical, and can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Qualifications
- 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Fluency in English (speak, write, and read).
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
Responsabilités
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
- Partner with other Area Managers to ensure efficient shifts.
- Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and utilize Lean tools.
