• Proficient conversational and written English.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).

Job Summary

Join our team as a Sr Manufacturing Test Engineer in the dynamic field of Work Transfer! In this key role, you will drive innovation by analyzing equipment, designing and/or adapting test solutions, and ensuring efficiency in the production of high-quality electronic systems. What You Will Do

• Analyzes equipment and conducts tests to establish operating data.
• Performs engineering duties including the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical apparatus to ensure that projects are completed on-time and as per the defined goals.
• Determines material and equipment needs and orders supplies to ensure sufficient resources for project completion.
• Develops or performs operational, maintenance and testing procedures for electronic products, components, equipment, or systems to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering processes.
• Manage activities for the manufacture, installation, maintenance, operation, or modification of electronic equipment, products, or systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepares, reviews or maintains maintenance schedules, develop documentation, or operational reports and charts to ensure that progress and performance can be tracked.
• Resolves day-to-day technical problems on the production lines to minimize disruption.
• Troubleshoots electrical device problems to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently.
• Modifies and evaluates electronic apparatus, components, or circuitry for use in other equipment and devices.
• Research and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.
• Analyzes and evaluates new or improved electronic components. Includes power generation, transmission and distribution, and wire communication systems. Includes circuit theory, instrumentation, radio communications, semiconductor devices, solid state devices, and television systems.
• Works autonomously with limited supervision.
• Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with corporate leaders through in-person meetings, presentations, reports, and written correspondence.
• May be required to travel occasionally to the United States to support business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related technical field and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• Proficient Conversational and written English required
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting).

Qualifications We Preferred

• Demonstrated experience in circuit card assemblies troubleshooting
• Experience in software management, installation of Windows applications for electrical testing programs and PC hardware (port cards, video cards, etc.).
