You will partner with union committees and departments to deliver projects on time, manage budgets, and drive improvements in employee experience.

The role demands 2–4 years of experience, a university degree, strong leadership, and bilingual Spanish-English.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in related roles
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of labor law is advantageous
• Ability to analyze data and build dashboards
• Experience with workplace planning or facilities management is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develops complex event plans based on customers’ requirements.
• Prepares and maintains project plans with timelines and accountability assignments.
• Builds communications and planning materials for events.
• Leads events/programs as assigned.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to implement workplace transformation projects.
• Drives space planning and workforce accommodation projects.
• Manages seating and workspace utilization initiatives.
