Job summary

FBS is seeking a Workforce Strategy Associate to design and optimize how work gets done across the business. The role combines workforce planning, process improvement, analytics, and strategic problem-solving to help leaders make informed decisions about talent, structure, and operations.

You will analyze workforce data, map processes, build models, and collaborate with leaders to define role requirements and workforce strategies, delivering insights and KPIs for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, workforce planning, business analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data, capacity, skills, and organizational needs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Map, design, and improve business processes using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Build workforce models, scenarios, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to define role requirements, critical skills, and workforce strategies.
• Develop insights, KPIs, and presentations that support decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
