Dematic/KION is seeking a Workday Specialist - Focus Extend Developer to design, build and optimize custom Workday Extend solutions. You will collaborate with HR, integration experts, and system architects to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

You will maintain, monitor, and improve Extend solutions, ensure performance and governance standards, and participate in testing, upgrades, and cutover activities. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of programming with XML/XSLT/XPath/REST APIs/SOAP/Workday Query Language/JSON or 4–5 years Workday ecosystem experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an international environment.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

• Design and deliver Workday Extend solutions in collaboration with HR, integration experts, and system architects.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Either:
  • 2-3 years of programming experience with technologies such as XML, XSLT, XPath, REST APIs, SOAP, Workday Query Language, JSON, and object-oriented programming; or
  • 4-5 years of Workday ecosystem experience as an integration expert.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technical areas.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
