Dematic is seeking a Workday Specialist - Focus Extend Developer to design and deliver Extend solutions using Workday HCM web services, process orchestrations, and custom applications. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities include maintaining Extend solutions, ensuring performance and governance, testing and deployments, and thorough documentation. Travel up to 10% is expected in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Either 2–3 years of programming with XML, XSLT, REST APIs, SOAP, WDL, JSON, and OOP; or 4–5 years in Workday integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an international environment.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technical areas.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver Workday Extend solutions in collaboration with HR, integration experts, and system architects.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve existing Extend solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, stability, and Global IT governance standards.
• Support testing, upgrades, deployments, and cutover activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.
