Siemens Energy is seeking a knowledgeable Workday Consultant to join as a regional point of contact for Workday topics across modules including HCM, Security, Compensation, Talent and Absence Management. This role supports HR systems and services within a global energy company undergoing HR transformation and spin-off initiatives.

The ideal candidate will configure, deploy, and support Workday solutions, coordinating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient implementations and

Formación

• Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and supporting Workday modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance processes related to Workday.
• Workday certification in one or more functional/technical modules preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional Workday support specialist and primary contact for queries and issues.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations for the region.
• Liaise between internal partners and external vendors for post‑implementation support.
• Review open cases with the AMS provider and ensure timely ticket closure.
• Provide functional and technical support and post‑implementation maintenance.
• Potentially serve as Global Functional Lead for one Workday module.
