Senior Analytics Engineer at BairesDev
We are seeking outstanding Senior Analytics Engineers to join our Research & Development Team (R&D). As an Analytics Engineer, you will organize and provide easily consumable analytical data across various company contexts.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data pipelines for the entire company and specific areas.
- Develop and sustain corporate data visualization dashboards.
- Translate business rules into code (SQL/Python) to model business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve data organization throughout the company.
- Collaborate with data product managers to develop innovative data products.
- Promote a data-driven culture and enhance data literacy within the organization.
- Mentor and develop team members' soft and hard skills.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related data fields.
- 5+ years of SQL experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Over 1 year of experience in Analytics Engineering.
- Experience with people analytics, streaming analytics, graph databases, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Apache Spark, Hive, Impala, Hadoop, or other big data technologies.
