Johnson Controls in Mexico is seeking a Product Engineer to lead multiple projects across electrical and mechanical design, BOM management, and documentation release. You will provide technical direction to engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams while ensuring designs meet customer specs and schedules.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of product development experience, and SAP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product development experience.
• Must be able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze product design proposals and conceptualize design ideas.
• Coordinate release of documentation to support designs.
• Provide technical direction to engineers, designers, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop and release engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Perform failure analysis and corrective actions when necessary.
