Job summary

Safran is seeking a Wire Prep Key user in Chihuahua, MX. You will manage the Wire Prep system, coordinate developments, and train users while ensuring data integrity and system reliability. Collaborate with IT across the USA and Europe to implement improvements and respond to issues promptly.

A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in related fields are required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is mandatory. The role is full-time in North America, Mexico, Chihuahua with a strong emphasis on process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace-related roles.
• Knowledge of SHARP, SEE EED, customer data structures, AS400, 8D, and wire prep processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions with IT to resolve user issues.
• Offer technical support to the wire prep area.
• Secure Wire Prep system settings to ingest engineering data.
• Coordinate developments with IT teams in the USA and Europe.
• Follow up on resolution of Wire Prep issues.
• Analyze cost/benefit of user requirements.
• Suggest improvements to support user needs.
• Provide management with project status reports.
• Respond to corrective actions on time.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability in the Wire Prep system.
• Train new users on system usage.
• Communicate developments to all sites.
• Generate specs for system developments and feasibility studies.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and systems.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental measures.
