Job summary

Infosys in Monterrey seeks an IAM position specialist to install and maintain Windows servers, manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, and automate tasks using PowerShell. You will monitor performance, security, and backups while supporting global teams.

You will work with virtualization tech (VMware/Hyper-V), engage in change management, and help drive reliability improvements across production. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong server administration experience on Windows and Unix/Linux.
• Proficient in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Experience with Exchange 2016/2019 and M365.
• Familiar with virtualization and backup strategies.
• Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell.
• Experience with global/remote teams is a plus.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, MCSA, MCSE-Server, VCP, RHCSA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers across versions.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of systems.
• Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage Exchange servers and Office 365 environments.
