Job summary

Infosys Limited in Mexico is seeking an IAM Specialist to install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Office 365 ecosystems. You will automate routines with PowerShell, collaborate with development teams, and support disaster recovery initiatives to ensure secure, reliable operations.

The role requires strong Windows Server and AD knowledge, plus experience with Exchange Online and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Unix and Windows Server architecture.
• Proficiency with Windows/Unix/Linux-based operating systems and utilities.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Office 365 administration.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, Configure and maintain Windows Servers (e.g. Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
• Monitor system performance, availability security, ensuring optimal system operation
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and other essential Windows services
• Manage Exchange 2016/2019 server and Office 365 Exchange online environments
• Perform regular system updates, patches and backups
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain apps
• Manage incidents and communicate with users and stakeholders
• Improve infrastructure stability and performance; automate health-restoration processes
• Identify alerts and automate processes with Engineering
• Participate in Change management to manage production risk
• Build run books to minimize operational errors
• Authentication/Authorization/Access Governance basics
• Prevent data breaches and monitor security
