Brose Group is seeking an experienced Welding Engineer in Mexico to develop, optimize and troubleshoot Laser Welding, GMAW and Projection Welding. You will lead root-cause analysis and support design reviews for manufacturability, quality and cost reduction.
The role requires 8+ years in automotive welding engineering, expert ABB robotic welding, GD&T, FMEA and DOE, and strong English communication. A modern work environment and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Bachelor degree in Welding, Robotics/Automation, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in welding engineering within the automotive industry, desirable in welded seat structures. Strong technical expertise in Laser Welding, GMAW, and Projection Welding processes and applications. Proven experience with robotic welding systems, including programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of ABB robots - mandatory to be considered Advanced knowledge of GD&T, Capability studies, FMEA and DOE. Decision Making, Time Management and Problem-Solving skills Strong written and verbal English communication skills
