In this role you will drive MES concept creation on new equipment, optimize installed processes, and ensure OEE, availability, and quality across runs.

You will plan, procure, and introduce production equipment within budget and timeframes, develop manufacturing concepts, test resources, and implement PT indicators and technical changes on

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with manufacturing technologies and processes.
• Experience in equipment procurement for production lines.

Responsabilidades

• MES concept creation through implementation on new equipment including optimization of installed processes.
• Ensure OEE, technical availability, quality rate for internal/customer runs at rates, including series process stabilization.
• Planning, procurement, and series introduction of production equipment with the specified budget/timing and technical specifications.
• Creating rough and detailed manufacturing concepts; testing the reuse of operating resources; conducting Prokon workshops; and drafting specifications.
• Concepts development of PT indicators; assessment and implementation of technical changes in customer projects and series support.
• Conception, testing and realization of technologies for seat production: Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining.
• Application of quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, PFMEA, capability, etc.).

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies is highly valued (Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining).
• Experience in procurement of production equipment.
• Advanced English proficiency
