Brose, a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, invites skilled specialists to contribute to our seat production excellence. This role focuses on MES concept creation through new equipment implementation and optimization of installed processes.

You will ensure OEE, availability and quality for runs, lead procurement and introduction of equipment, and develop manufacturing concepts while applying robust quality assurance methods.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of fastening, riveting, flaring, pressing and joining.
• Experience in procurement of production equipment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Create MES concepts through implementation on new equipment and optimize installed processes.
• Ensure OEE, technical availability, and quality rates for internal/customer runs, including series stabilization.
• Plan, procure, and introduce production equipment within budget and timing.
• Develop rough and detailed manufacturing concepts; test resource reuse; draft specifications.
• Develop PT indicators and implement technical changes for customer projects and series support.
• Conceive, test, and realize technologies for seat production: fastening, riveting, flaring, pressing and joining.
• Apply quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, PFMEA, capability analysis).

Your Tasks

• MES concept creation through implementation on new equipment including optimization of installed processes.
• Ensure OEE, technical availability, quality rate for internal/customer run at rates, including series process stabilization.
• Planning, procurement, and series introduction of production equipment with the specified budget/timing and technical specifications.
• Creating rough and detailed manufacturing concepts; testing the reuse of operating resources; conducting Prokon workshops; and drafting specifications.
• Concepts development of PT indicators. Assessment and implementation of technical changes in the context of customer projects and series support.
• Conception, testing and realization of technologies for seat production: Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining.
• Application of quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, P-FMEA, capability, etc.).

Your Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies is highly valued (Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining).
• Experience in procurement of production equipment.
• Advanced English proficiency
