Güntner Group is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims from initial registration through final resolution. You will ensure timely customer support, accurate documentation, and effective cross‑functional coordination to improve service levels.

Responsibilities include claims validation, order management, data reporting, corrective actions with the Quality team, and onboarding new staff. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Experience managing warranty claims and customer cases.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation control.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Warranty Claims Administration: Receive, register, and validate customer warranty claims; review eligibility; document rejection reasons; monitor claims through final closure.
• Warranty Order Management: Create and manage warranty orders; coordinate shipment and receipt of replacement parts; monitor response times and SLA compliance.
• Warranty Data Management: Register claims; ensure complete documentation; generate customer warranty claim reports and metrics; confirm orders in system.
• Corrective Actions & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Quality to initiate corrective actions; follow up for timely implementation; review effectiveness with Quality.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct onboarding and induction training for new employees; train technical personnel; promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
