Polaris Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at our global distribution center for PGA. You will drive operational excellence, oversee daily activities, and manage special projects while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in large-scale automated distribution or manufacturing, strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, and a hands-on, strategic mindset for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Logistics.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in large-scale automated distribution operations or manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of implementing sustainable, metrics‑driven solutions.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff in accordance with company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee departmental operations and special projects to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate and improve processes, and manage budgets related to labor, packaging, and maintenance.
• Prepare performance reports and lead scheduling, training, and staff development.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and temp staffing to maintain optimal staffing levels.
