Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at the Juarez site in Mexico. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and involves overseeing warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ongoing QA checks to ensure proper stocking and distribution.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with at least intermediate English and experience in managing a team. The job emphasizes maintaining organized, safe facilities and adherence to 5S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and records.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintain proper stock levels to ensure profitability.
• Maintain files on all equipment and conduct routine inventory counts.
• Apply 5S methodology to keep the warehouse organized and safe.
• Demonstrate experience in people management.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Knowledge 5´s Methodology.
• Experience in personal management.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Intermediate English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
