Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Production Planning Manager and oversees shipping, receiving, inventory, and material availability, driving continuous warehouse improvement.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in engineering or similar, experience supervising warehouse teams, and strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems along with basic English. Shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or similar.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Experience with production control and materials planning processes.
• Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Availability for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Oversee production control activities related to materials planning and availability.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions and replenishment.
• Support pull system processes and material replenishment strategies.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory and performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and drive continuous improvement.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Production Planning Manager the Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) is responsible for accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.

What a typical day looks like:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and corrective actions.
• Oversee production control activities related to materials planning and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions, material requirements, and replenishment activities.
• Support Pull System processes and material replenishment strategies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Generate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory, material shortages, and operational performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure continuous improvement of warehouse operations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS in engineer or similar.
• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Production Control Supervisor, Materials Supervisor, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and material handlers.
• Experience with production control and materials planning processes.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy metrics.
• Experience using ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in electronics, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.
• Basic English.
• Availability for the night shift.
