Flex in Juarez, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, and inventory management on site. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, perform QA checks, and uphold safety and efficiency across warehouse operations.

You will manage a team, implement 5S and lean practices, keep stock levels optimal, and coordinate with sourcing and production to support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Knowledge of 5S methodology and workplace organization.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment.
• Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.

Required competencies

• Knowledge 5´s Methodology.
• Experience in personal management.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.
