Job summary

Flex is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Juarez Site, Mexico to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inventory and oversee shipping and receiving activities. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and emphasizes accurate order fulfillment, QA checks on received goods, and safe, organized stock management.

The ideal candidate will have an intermediate English level, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and demonstrated ability to manage staff and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English level required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and finished goods, and maintain inventory records.
• Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintain proper stock levels to support profitability.
• Keep files on all equipment and conduct routine inventory counts.
• Apply Knowledge 5's Methodology and supervise personnel.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager , the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.
• Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
• Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.
• Knowledge 5´s Methodology.
• Experience in personal management.
