Caterpillar invites applications for a Warehouse Group Manager in Tijuana, Baja California. The role supervises warehouse operations, drives safety, efficiency, and accuracy in inventory and shipments, and leads the operations team to continuous improvement.

You'll implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manage budgets, and develop staff. English proficiency is required, along with 3–5 years in warehouse supervision or logistics and availability to travel.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
• Advanced English (oral and written).
• Availability of schedule and to travel.
• Valid passport and visa.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, assortment and distribution of materials and products.
• Oversee and ensure inventory accuracy and accurate shipments and transactions.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Measure and report warehouse KPIs (cycle times, inventory turns, picking accuracy).
• Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage the warehouse operating budget and seek cost efficiencies.
• Develop and execute training and development plans for operational staff.
