Job summary

A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operational Excellence Specialist in Cuautitlán, Mexico, to drive continuous improvement within our Contract Logistics warehouse operations.

You will partner with frontline teams to identify root causes, implement practical improvements, and monitor KPIs to boost productivity and customer outcomes, while applying The Maersk Way and Lean methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating Kaizen and A3 problem-solving initiatives,

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution center or Contract Logistics environments.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, A3, Lean or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with warehouse KPIs and data.
• Hands-on mindset and effective communication with frontline teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Support and facilitate Kaizen and A3 problem-solving initiatives to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and performance to identify gaps and opportunities for productivity and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and cross-functional teams to coordinate and follow up on improvement actions for sustainable results.
• Support adoption of Operational Excellence standards and The Maersk Way through visual management and process standardization.
