A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operational Excellence Specialist in Cuautitlán, Mexico, to drive continuous improvement within our Contract Logistics warehouse operations.

You will partner with frontline teams to identify root causes, implement practical improvements, and monitor KPIs to boost productivity and customer outcomes, while applying The Maersk Way and Lean methodologies. You will be responsible for facilitating Kaizen and A3 problem-solving initiatives,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, distribution center or Contract Logistics environments.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, A3, Lean or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with warehouse KPIs and data.
• Hands-on mindset and effective communication with frontline teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operational Excellence Specialist to support continuous improvement initiatives directly within our Contract Logistics warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives within warehouse operations, working closely with frontline and operational teams.
• Support and facilitate A3 problem-solving and Kaizen initiatives to identify root causes, eliminate operational inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and operational performance, identifying gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Work directly with warehouse operations and cross-functional teams to coordinate and follow up on improvement actions, ensuring effective implementation and sustainable results.
• Support the adoption of Operational Excellence standards and The Maersk Way (TMW) through visual management, process standardization, follow-up, and continuous improvement practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse, distribution center, Contract Logistics, or similar operational environments, with exposure to Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process improvement, or operational projects.
• Practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with warehouse KPIs and operational data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
• Hands-on mindset and strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with warehouse and frontline operational teams.
• Intermediate English required.
