Danieli Group, líder mundial en tecnología para la industria del metal, busca un Operador de Almacén en Nuevo León, México. Será responsable del manejo seguro, almacenamiento y movimiento de materiales, asegurando entregas precisas y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.

El candidato ideal tendrá 3-5 años de experiencia en almacenes, conocimiento en WMS y Office, y capacidad para liderar un equipo y mejorar procesos en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

• Se solicita diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
• Experiencia de 3-5 años en operaciones de almacén con funciones de supervisión.
• Conocimiento sólido de gestión de inventarios, embarques y procesos de almacén.
• Experiencia con WMS y aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.
• Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y organización.
• Capacidad para gestionar prioridades y trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar las actividades diarias del almacén, recepción, almacenamiento, picking, packing, envío y control de inventario.
• Liderar, entrenar y motivar al equipo de almacén.
• Asegurar el procesamiento correcto y el envío puntual de los pedidos.
• Mantener la precisión de inventario mediante conteos cíclicos y auditorías.
• Coordinar con el área de Logística para fechas de envío y requerimientos de transporte.
• Comunicar prioridades operativas y posibles retrasos a la logística y a otros interesados.
• Hacer cumplir procedimientos de seguridad y normas operativas.
• Fomentar mejoras continuas y monitorear el rendimiento del almacén.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials and products within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department to align shipping schedules, transportation requirements, and inventory availability.
• Communicate operational priorities, shipment status, and potential delays to logistics and other stakeholders.
• Enforce safety procedures, warehouse policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping issues, and operational challenges.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse processes.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
