A.P. Moller Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Cuautitlán to lead end-to-end warehouse activities, drive KPI attainment, and supervise shifts in a rotating schedule.

The role requires coordinating with team leaders and implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a background in engineering or continuous improvement, and solid analytical skills, with at least intermediate English.

• Experience with WMS and Excel; Power BI is a plus.

• Develop schedules, manage resources, and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate with management and team leaders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching to each department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

• Act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top-down and bottom-up information flow.

• Manage daily operations end-to-end from inbound to outbound, ensuring KPI compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching

What We're Looking For:

• Warehouse Supervisory experience: 1-3 years

• Desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement , and strong analytical skills.

• Intermediate English preferred.

• Experience with WMS and Excel ; Power BI is a plus.
