Polaris Industries is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at its Monterrey distribution center for PGA. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity targets while managing daily operations and special projects.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strategic thinking, capable of building strong teams and optimizing warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience in AS400, RF/barcode tech, and automated systems is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics is required.
• 3–5+ years in large-scale automated distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving with metrics-driven improvements.
• Experience managing departmental budgets and supervising staff.
• Proven leadership and change-management abilities.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations at Polaris' distribution center and manage projects.
• Improve processes to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Prepare budgets for labor, packaging, and maintenance; generate reports.
• Schedule, train, and develop staff; conduct interviews and evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR and staffing agencies to maintain staffing levels.
