Polaris Inc. is seeking a Central Planner in Monterrey to manage the order‑to‑delivery phase for parts across production facilities. You will coordinate with sourcing, logistics, plant operations, and 3PL partners to ensure timely material supply and resolve exceptions.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, inventory optimization, and lean improvements across domestic and global networks, with a focus on data‑driven decisions and timely communication.

Formación

• Experience supporting purchasing, planning, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze inventory to improve turns and prevent shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Accounts Payable on receiving issues.
• Maintain planning system records to align with production needs.
• Communicate risk or opportunity to business units.

Responsabilidades

• Plan multi-site manufacturing requirements and expedite parts across domestic and global networks.
• Manage supplier relationships and analyze inventory performance.
• Drive lean and continuous‑improvement in the supply chain.
• Handle delays, shortages, and shipment issues with carriers and logistics teams.
