Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice. We are seeking an HR Advisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus, to support operations and HR services across production lines.

You will report to the Human Resources Manager and oversee HR core activities including data management, salary administration, benefits, employee relations and HRIS support. The role emphasizes compliance with local laws, data privacy, and continuous improvement to engage employees and drive operational

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and HR policies.
• Experience with HR systems and data privacy practices.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR operations for a shift or production lines to meet volume, quality and cost goals.
• Manage salary administration, compensation, benefits, employee relations and HRIS support.
• Provide HR services across HR systems, talent acquisition, compliance and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.
• Maintain collaboration with other departments/sites and ensure data privacy compliance.
