Job summary

A.P. Moller-Maersk is seeking a seasoned leader to drive warehouse and distribution center operations from a Mexico City-area site.

You will oversee safety, service, quality, productivity, and cost while building a high-performance team across multiple levels and functions. Responsibilities include coaching Operations Managers and Supervisors, driving KPI-based improvements, and ensuring successful startup, stabilization, and scaling of complex customer operations in apparel/footwear or

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading warehouse or distribution center operations within a 3PL environment.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex operations and start-ups.
• Strong leadership across large teams and multiple layers.
• Experience in apparel, footwear or e-commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
