Descripción de la vacante

ACERH Caribe busca un líder de Almacén para supervisar envíos salientes y coordinar la recepción de mercancías. Se requiere experiencia en logística, manejo de WMS y documentación de envíos. Trabajarás en un esquema híbrido con enfoque en la mejora continua de procesos.

El candidato ideal debe demostrar capacidad de supervisión, orientación al cliente y colaboración con equipos de inventario para mantener niveles de stock óptimos y cumplimiento de normativas.

Formación

  • Estudiante universitario en Logística y Cadena de Suministro o carreras afines (valorable).
  • Al menos 1 año en funciones similares (deseable).
  • Conocimientos de almacenamiento e inventario; manejo de documentación y buenas prácticas.
  • Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y supervisar personal cuando sea necesario.
  • Enfoque orientado al cliente y comunicación eficaz.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar y supervisar envíos salientes para entregas puntuales.
  • Coordinar recepción de envíos entrantes y verificar pedidos contra PO.
  • Coordinar con transportistas para programar envíos y gestionar incidencias.
  • Actualizar registros en el WMS y mantener inventarios exactos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de inventario para optimizar niveles de stock.
  • Preparar documentación de envíos (facturas, listas de empaque) y reportes.
  • Morar cumplimiento de políticas y regulaciones aplicables.

Descripción del trabajo

Manage and oversee outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate and oversee the receiving of inbound shipments

Verify that outgoing orders match customer requests and purchase orders. Ensure all incoming goods match purchase orders and supplier documentation

Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule shipments. Inspect shipments for damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.

Ensure proper packaging and labeling of outbound shipments. Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies. Ensure proper storage and organization of inbound goods.

Collaborate with inventory teams to optimize stock levels for fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses.

Liaise with shipping carriers to ensure smooth transportation of goods. Communicate with suppliers and transport carriers to track shipments

Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues. Schedule inbound deliveries to prevent bottlenecks.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related concerns. Resolve any delays or issues related to inbound shipments.

Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists. Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including invoices and packing slips.

Ensure all outbound shipments comply with company policies and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Maintain records of shipments, delivery confirmations, and tracking details. Prepare reports on inbound performance and discrepancies.

Work closely with warehouse teams to prioritize shipments. Work closely with warehouse staff to prioritize inbound shipments.

Train and guide staff on outbound logistics processes. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and inventory control.

Requirements
  • University student of Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related careers (plus)
