Arrow Components in Zapopan, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily logistics operations within the distribution center and drive department metrics. The role emphasizes English fluency, people management, and warehouse experience to meet/exceed targets.

The position demands strong supervision of a department, collaboration with facility management, and active participation in staffing and performance processes.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English.
• Previous experience as a people manager, with strong team management and soft-skill capabilities.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with WMS system desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Supervise day-to-day operation of a single department within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
• Participate in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management.
• Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries, and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position

Senior Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule

Shift 2: 2:00 - 9:15 (Monday - Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Trained in conversational English skills.
• Responsible for day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Supervise day-to-day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.
• Participate in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management.
• Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries, and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Complexity

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
• Receives guidance and oversight from manager.
• Typically does not spend more than 20% of time performing the work supervised.
• Accountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams.
• Solves problems based on set policies and procedures.
• Trains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations.

Qualifications

Compensation
