Safran está buscando un Supervisor Logístico para coordinar operaciones diarias en recepción, almacén y expedición, garantizando coherencia entre físico, documental y sistema para cumplir objetivos y facilitar la coordinación con áreas de soporte.

Se requiere licenciatura en logística o campo relacionado,英 intermedio y disponibilidad para turnos. Se valorará experiencia en SAP, MRP y gestión de KPIs para mejoras continuas.

Formación

• Se requiere licenciatura en logística, industrial o campo relacionado.
• Inglés intermedio.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos según necesidades operativas.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar y dirigir roles, procesos y recursos para cumplir el plan de entrega en entradas, almacén y envíos.
• Optimizar inventarios: exactitud, conteos cíclicos y resolución de discrepancias.
• Gestionar almacenamiento y organización de inventario de materias primas, WIP y productos terminados.
• Asegurar embalaje y manejo correcto para el despacho, manteniendo trazabilidad y documentación con tráfico.
• Participar en el proceso MRP con producción y compras para stock adecuado.
• Medir y analizar KPIs, definir planes de acción y corregir desviaciones.
• Responsable de auditorías internas y externas y del plan de acción correspondiente.

About the Role

Logistic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across inbound receiving; warehouse management; handling, storage and inventory control of materials; and outbound resources ensuring coherence between physical, documentary and system in order to meet the company's objectives facilitating effective coordination with support areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and manage the roles, processes, tasks and resources of the personnel in charge to ensure daily, weekly and monthly activities, workload and priorities assigned according to the delivery plan of the incoming, warehouse and shipping areas.
• Ensure and optimize inventory in accordance with the corporate objectives throughout inventory accuracy, cycle counts, audits, reliability of records, resolution of discrepancies, stock levels, sales, removal of obsolete materials, returns to suppliers, local scrap, etc.
• Oversee storage handling and organization of inventory for raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Ensure the correct packing and handling of material for the shipment of the finished goods taking into account its traceability (documentation) and its preservation in conjunction with Traffic.
• Actively participates in the MRP process with Production Planning and Procurement teams to ensure the correct level of stock to comply with the production needs and its forecasts.
• Develop, measure, and analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of opportunities with respect to objectives. Define an action plan and make corrections to achieve objectives.
• Responsible for internal and external audits in the area and the handling of the action plan when applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in logistics, industrial or related field
