The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include supervising inventory management, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with logistics teams. The position offers a salary between Php 25,000 and Php 35,000, along with benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Ensures proper handling, labeling, and storage of cargo in compliance with company and industry standards
• Coordinates with freight forwarding, logistics, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Monitors inventory levels, conducts regular stock counts, and maintains accurate warehouse records
• Prepares operational reports, including inventory status, damages, and shipment discrepancies
