ABB in Apodaca, Mexico, is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, lead a team, and align activities with production schedules. You will develop and maintain work instructions, improve inventory accuracy, and ensure safety.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar warehouse roles.

This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the Warehouse Electrification team in Apodaca.

You will be mainly accountable for

• Maintaining computerized administration, stock inventory and retrieval systems.
• Overseeing logistics of receiving, warehousing and dispatch operations.
• Enforcing health standards, safety and security procedures.
• Communicating and interacting with internal clients.
• Ability of building teams, training employees and monitoring performance.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 2+ years of experience working in similar positions.
• Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in warehouse data analysis and information management, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Intermediate English level.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership experience to drive operational success and team performance.
