ABB in Mexico is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource coordination in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization.

You will drive on-time delivery improvements, align planning with execution, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain to enable profitable order fulfilment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
• 9+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement execution in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting Make-to-Order (MTO) operations preferred.
• Previous experience in electrical, electronics, automation, or industrial manufacturing sectors desirable.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and supplier follow-up.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI & Power Point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

This position reports to

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Owning the site supply planning process.
• Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or Electronics.
• 9+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement execution within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting Make-to-Order (MTO) operations is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in the electrical, electronics, automation, or industrial manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase order management, and supplier follow-up.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power BI & Power Point.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate planning data, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis & reporting.
• Advanced English Level is required for the role.
