Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks a visionary senior leader to drive enterprise technology for People & Organization, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability. You will define a global technology vision, orchestrate federated systems, and lead large-scale integrations in a complex, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include shaping a product-based operating model, advancing Agile/DevOps, and leveraging AI to deliver end-to-end Associate journeys—from talent to payroll and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in global, enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep HR & corporate tech ecosystem expertise with Workday and ServiceNow experience.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and M&A integration.
• Visionary with AI, analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Executive presence with strong stakeholder management across federated orgs.
• Experience governing multi-million-dollar vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy and architecture for P&O, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability.
• Scale a product-based operating model with ownership of key platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) and AI-enabled delivery.
• Drive integrations like Kellanova while balancing federated and global needs.
• Manage enterprise transformation programs with change management and executive escalation.
• Foster strong relationships with C-suite and global delivery centers across Mars.
• Oversee secure, scalable 24/7 operations with privacy and arquitectura compliance.
• Direct strategic vendor relationships and long-term ecosystem partnerships.
• Evaluate emerging tech to keep Mars at the forefront of workforce technology.
