Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years leading enterprise-scale tech organizations in global settings.
- Hands-on leadership with Workday and ServiceNow.
- Proven record in digital transformation and M&A integration.
- Strong AI, analytics, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy, architecture, and delivery across HR, Corporate Affairs, and Sustainability tech.
- Scale product-based operating model with full lifecycle ownership of enterprise platforms.
- Drive enterprise-wide integrations and federated architecture harmonization.
- Oversee transformation programs and change management for measurable outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and governance at a global scale.
- Foster innovation and AI-enabled delivery practices.
