SoftwareOne is seeking a VMware Platform Analyst to support and enhance VMware environments, Windows servers, and storage solutions. You will contribute to reliability, security, and performance while participating in improvement initiatives.

The Infrastructure and Platforms team collaborates with global IT groups, offering a hybrid work model and opportunities to adopt new technologies.

Formación

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server including AD/DNS/DHCP.
Experience managing VMware virtualization platforms and knowledge of Hyper-V environments.
Understanding of enterprise storage technologies NAS/SAN/RAID.
Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell.
Basic English proficiency to collaborate in a global environment.

Responsabilidades

Manage and optimize VMware platforms and Windows Server environments for stability and availability.
Configure and support NAS and SAN storage solutions for performance and capacity management.
Monitor infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities while mitigating risks.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across servers, storage, and virtualized environments.
Implement security controls, backups, and access management for critical systems.
