Position Responsibilities
  • Facilitate culture of customer care and focus to role modeling Ford OS.

As a Service Technician, you would travel to customer locations to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on both hardware and software. Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repairs.
