We’re only looking for Motion Graphics Video Editors who breathe motion graphics and live for clean rotoscopy work. If smooth transitions, kinetic text, and eye-catching effects are your thing you're in the right place.

We also work with AI tools daily (think Heygen, Freepik, Descript, etc.), so we need editors who are open to learning and experimenting or already using them. If you’re not comfortable with motion graphics, rotoscopy, or AI-enhanced workflows, this isn’t the role for you.

This is a full-time role we want editors who are fully in, not juggling 5 clients. You’ll be part of our core team, not just another freelancer on the list.

We create over 4,000 videos a month for 50+ brands worldwide, blending powerful storytelling with clean design and AI tools to make content that hits hard and converts.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that feels fresh, clean, and on-brand
• Add custom motion graphics, animated text, and effects that catch attention
• Do rotoscopy to make product overlays, creative cutouts, or clean background removal
• Use AI tools (Heygen, Freepik, Descript, etc.) to speed up workflows or add visuals
• Work closely with Project Managers to deliver content on-time, every time
• Stay on top of trends and make sure content feels modern, scroll-worthy, and aligned with each client’s voice

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table

• A portfolio with at least 5 Reels that show off your motion graphics + rotoscopy
• Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion plugins like Motion Bro, Red Giant, etc.
• Comfortable using or learning tools like Heygen, Freepik, Descript, etc.
• Solid English (spoken + written) we’re a bilingual team
• Organized, creative, communicative; you hit deadlines and ask for feedback
• Familiar with Slack, ClickUp, LucidLink, Frame.io, and cloud workflows
• A stable setup and fast internet; we’re remote but we move fast

What You’ll Get

• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (with 1-hour lunch break)
• $700 to $1,200 USD/month, depending on experience + performance
