Kiewit Mexico is seeking an experienced BIM/Engineering professional to lead BIM standards, policies, and workflows across multiple projects. You will manage BIM models, coordinates with discipline leads, and ensure consistency in 3D coordination across trades.

The role requires strong Revit skills, BIM360/ACC experience, and advanced English. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is required, with a background in construction processes and Autodesk products.

• 5+ years of Revit experience; 2+ years with BIM360/ACC.
• Proficient in Navisworks and Autodesk Docs.
• Advanced English required.
• Knowledge of construction processes and BIM standards.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate BIM standards changes to project and discipline teams.
• Create BIM policies, processes, procedures, checklists, templates and quick guides.
• Maintain users and permissions within BIM Collaboration/Document Management systems.
• Set up and enforce folder structures and naming conventions.
• Maintain and verify 3rd party and vendor models and reference files.
• Perform scheduled interdisciplinary clash detections.
• Identify opportunities for custom applications and automated processes.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure consistency across projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate any changes of BIM standards to project and discipline teams.

• Create BIM related Policies/Processes/Procedures/Checklists/Templates/Quick Guides.

• Maintain users and permissions within CDEs, i.e. BIM 360 and on premises Drives.

• Setup and enforce folder structures and naming conventions.

• Maintain and verify 3rd party and vendor models and reference files.

• Perform scheduled interdisciplinary clash detections.

• Identify opportunities for the development of custom applications and automated processes

• Work with discipline leads to maintain consistency across projects, coordinate alternate approaches as project needs change.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.

• At least 5 years of experience in Revit, 2+ years professional experience in BIM360/ACC.

• Knowledge and experience in Navisworks and Autodesk Docs.

• Proficient in Autodesk and Microsoft products.

• Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with all trades.

• Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.

• Understanding of basic computer skills (ex. folder structure, emails & attachments, keyboard shortcuts)

• Advanced English is a must.
