Job summary

Kiewit Mexico is seeking a Senior BIM Technology Deployment Specialist to lead the setup and configuration of project technology platforms (CDE, BIM tools) on our construction projects in Querétaro. You will enable field teams with tablets, coordinate data workflows, and support dashboards for leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management, 6+ years in BIM/design/construction, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/Autodesk Docs, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years in BIM, design or construction; plus 4 additional years in BIM/design/construction.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure project technology platforms (e.g., CDE, BIM coordination tools)
• Support field teams with tablets/kiosks and field data capture
• Define and maintain data workflows for submittals, RFIs, issues, photos, and model publishing
• Provide day-to-day user support for software, logins, and permissions
• Deliver tool onboarding and short training sessions
• Maintain dashboards and standardized reporting for quality, safety, progress
• Identify technology gaps and suggest improvements

Responsibilities

• Technology Deployment and Configuration: Sets up and configures project technology platforms (e.g., CDE, BIM coordination tools, field management apps) including project templates, permissions (as directed), and standard workflows
• Field Technology Enablement: Supports superintendents and craft teams with tablets/kiosks, model viewing, digital plan access, and field data capture to improve jobsite adoption
• Data and Workflow Management: Helps define and maintain data workflows for submittals, RFIs, issues, photos, inspections, and model/document publishing; promotes clean, searchable, and consistent data
• User Support and Troubleshooting: Provides day-to-day support for software, logins, permissions, and basic hardware issues; escalates complex items to IT/vendors and tracks resolution
• Training and Adoption: Delivers tool onboarding, quick-reference guides, and short training sessions; monitors adoption and reinforces best practices with project teams and trade partners
• Reporting and Dashboards: Supports standardized reporting (quality, safety, progress, coordination metrics) and helps maintain dashboards to provide visibility to project leadership
• Continuous Improvement: Identifies technology/process gaps, recommends improvements, and captures lessons learned to enhance future project deployments and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or related field
• 6+ years of combined experience in the fields of BIM, design or construction an additional 4 years of combined experience in the fields of BIM, design or construction
• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Docs / ACC (BIM 360)
• Experience in technology deployment and configuration
• Solid understanding field technology enablement
• Working knowledge of data and workflow management
• Ability to create reporting and dashboards
• Advanced English is a must
