Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years in motor industry with design and material knowledge.
• Experience with motor manufacturing processes (winding, assembly, etc.).
• Basic electromagnetic design capability to interpret calculations.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD tools.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Motor design and development with CAD modeling and BOM creation.
• Lead cost reduction and value engineering (VAVE) initiatives.
• Support mass production with manufacturing, QA, and procurement interactions.
• Lead cross-functional cost optimization projects.
• Output technical documentation (2D/3D drawings, specs, DFMEA).
• Establish standard components and supplier evaluations.
