Ensuring that digital assets are properly prepared for implementation in vehicles is crucial to provide drivers with accurate experiences and correct feature functionalities, while also making Ford processes efficient. Sharing with customers how driver interfaces work and their impact on the driving experience is essential for successful interaction with the vehicle and its features. Therefore, performing production reviews and checks of digital assets, suggesting adjustments, and setting up digital content (videos, screens, animations) are key tasks to ensure correct content implementation in vehicles and to guide customers on using Ford products effectively, highlighting digital feature functionalities over competitors. Digital screens such as touch displays, driver information screens, and HUDs (Head-Up Displays) in Ford/Lincoln vehicles are becoming increasingly relevant due to the need to provide valuable information and enjoyable driving experiences. The growing need for safety and vehicle communication with the driver makes Human Machine Interaction (HMI) a crucial area for our company to remain competitive in the automotive industry. New content and driver assistance features are constantly being developed, challenging our team to integrate new technologies and create the best interfaces and interactions.
